Hogan Builders Inc. is a full service, customer-oriented construction company specializing in residential and commercial build outs, renovations and additions. Founded in 1999 by Sean Hogan, Hogan Builders works through client referrals and is expertly seasoned to handle construction projects both big and small. Working closely with the client to achieve his or her vision, Hogan Builders has created dozens of custom homes and commercial projects, as well as basement, kitchen, bathroom, and office remodels and additions. HBI serves all of North Georgia, with recent renovation projects and custom homes completed in Athens, Watkinsville, Decatur, Buckhead and Avondale.
Sean Hogan is a recent past President and Board Member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association. Hogan was also appointed to the ACC Hearings Board, which reviews zoning variance requests, by the Mayor and Commission of Athens, GA for five years. And Hogan has also served as Commissioner of the Clarke County Historic Preservation Commission. As such, Hogan is particularly adept at ensuring that your home design or renovation will work well within the context of your neighborhood.
The Hogan Builders philosophy is to choose projects which fit within the general framework of sustainability, and to provide its clients with exceptional work for the most reasonable price and timeline. Regard for the environment and sound business ethics guide the business practices of HBI.
Hogan Builders contracts with local, community-minded sub-contractors and uses local artisans and manufacturers of building materials and products when ever possible.
Hogan Builders carries Builder’s Liability (risk) and Workers Comp. Insurance: all state laws concerning construction and remodeling will be followed on client property. When comparing HBI to other firms, we urge you to ask for proof of BL and WC insurance.
